The moon of 18th March 2011 in comparison to a older picture from 8th May 2010. The difference in size is obvious. Thank you very much indeed for your responses. The picture was taken with 1250 mm focal length (through a fotographically corrected Newtonian Mirror telescope) at F/5. The moon is on a elliptical orbit around earth, thus it is sometimes closer and sometimes further away.
